Photo Collage Maker can be recommended as one of the simple and easy photo collage software. Make use of in-built clip arts collection, your photos and photo effects to create great looking collage.

Ease of Use: The user interface is simple, less complex and can be understood with few minutes of working. Every tool required to make a collage is visible at a glance. I found shortcut keys missing. Every operation needs to be done with a mouse. If you are a keyboard freak, you will be disappointed.

How to use: When you run the program, you can set the background style and image first of all. A predefined set of background images, frames and textures are available for selection .You can later start adding photos and clip arts to the collage then layout the added elements as needed. You can adjust the brightness and contrast for each photograph, change image size and crop them if required. You can also add a border and frame to photos.

Add Photo Effects: Various photo effects are available such as sharpness, softness, posterize, colorize, grayscale, invert, sepia and more. You can easily resize, rotate and crop photographs and clip arts. Once you finish the collage work, you can export the new collage to external image such as JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF and BMP. You can even print the collage to printer easily.

Disadvantages: Although the software is good, it needs some improvements e.g. keyboard shortcuts. The help manual is insufficient if you need to look into it.
