Create new PDF files from any printable document and from any application.

PDF Factory is a print driver which can be used to create PDF files from within any application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other application which can print the document. See the How to use tutorial.

It is very easy to install and use. Once you run the setup and install it, just open the document or file you wish to convert to PDF and give print command from your application. Then select the printer as "PDF Factory" and click Print. Before you print the document as PDF file, you can specify additional parameters and properties for the output PDF file.

You can control access to the output PDF file by various ways. You can decide whether to allow copying of text and graphics, print PDF, change the document, add comment or form field. You can also encrypt the PDF and set the password for PDF access.

In the Professional version: You can add page numbering, header, footer, watermarks to your PDF file. You can also choose to create bookmarks automatically for easy navigation. It has much more features. Some of the key features mentioned below.
