Label Spirit helps you to create professional looking labels and print in different styles and templates

Label Spirit is the software you need for all your label printing operations. You can create and design labels using WYSIWYG Label Editor. You can insert images, text, data from external sources (database, text files etc.), shapes and barcodes. You can preview generated labels and print it as required.

The software allows you to insert user created data into labels from the data sheet. The data sheet is similar to excel worksheet where you can fill in and insert custom data for labels. You can create and save data sheets, specify set of columns for each label and then finally bring data sheet and label design together to create a set of professional labels.

The Label Editor is full featured and very powerful yet easy to use. You can literally create labels of any size and type. You can insert images, text art, 2D and regular barcodes in your labels. You can specify barcode expression (formula) for each barcode you insert into the labels. The barcode expression can include data field, variables and pre-defined functions. While creating barcodes, you can specify the barcode type, decide its length, width and text placement.

You can insert data from external databases into labels. From inside the software, you can write a data query which can include tables from external databases. The query result can be inserted directly into the data sheet. The data sheet can be later used for label generation and printing.

Label Spirit is a recommended software for all your label printing needs. It comes into Simple and Professional Editions. The Simple Edition excludes features such as 2D barcodes, import data from excel files and DBase files, ODBC Connectivity, Visual Query Builder, Support for data pulling by Parameter Query and Support for ActiveX / DLL while working with other software.

If you are looking for full featured label printing tool then you can prefer Professional Edition otherwise go with Simple Edition for standard and basic label printing needs.
