Backup Platinum is automatic data backup software.

You can safely backup and copy your valuable data to any storage device including CD, DVD, portable hard disk, USB drive, blu-ray disc, any network drive and FTP (server) location. Your data is 100% safe and secured when you backup with this software. You can password protect the backup archive using 128-bit Blowfish and multi choice encryption method.

The user interface consists of an easy to use backup wizard. The wizard allows you to select files for backup including documents, emails, contacts, favorite items, registry, applications etc. and create a scheduled task so that the software can backup data automatically. You can set the backup task to run on specific date at specific time, monthly, daily or specific days in a week and as per your requirements. The backup program runs in the background with a fast multi-threaded backup engine without interrupting your current work with other applications.

A CRC check can be made on your data before take the backup which ensures data accuracy. For repeat backups, you can choose to delete old files from destination drive or take incremental backup. When the backup finishes, you can make the computer log off automatically.

If your backup is huge or contains large files then Backup Platinum will automatically split large backup to small backup archives in order to fit on several disks.

The backup archive can be restored easily in case of emergency. If you lose critical data due to a fatal system crash then just restore the backup and get your files and folders in working condition in no time.

Backup Platinum is designed to work with all versions of Microsoft Windows including Windows 95, 98, ME ,NT ,2000 ,XP ,2003 and Vista.
