You can change your personality or original face while you are on a video chat using built-in library of nick faces (male and female) and even create your own nick faces with the nicface maker tool.

Surprisingly, You don’t even have to own a webcam; AV WebCam Morpher will simulate a webcam broadcast for you through nickfaces. Nickfaces are controlled by a popup panel to control gestures and expressions, giving the appearance of normal webcam motion.

You can change the nick face background, change video contrast, brightness and apply filters such as band pass and noise reduction to the image. It works very well with any video messenger application such as Yahoo Messenger with Voice, Skype, Camfrog, PalTalk Messenger and Windows Live Messenger.
